If you have made an ordering error, please connect with us within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly make an exchange for you. We will provide you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details for shipment to us. We will require you to return the original product in its original condition and packaging, freight prepaid.
Please include in your return package to us:
- The returned item(s) in the original condition and packaging
- Your Name, address, and telephone number
- The RGA # (return authorization number)
- Your original order number, found on the enclosed packing slip (optional but much appreciated!)
