We use standard ground prepaid shipping by Canada Post or UPS (who ensure prompt and reliable delivery) on orders across Canada and the United States. Your order can take up to a week to arrive, but often it's much quicker.
Shipping is free to all Canadian Provinces and for a fixed rate to most US States.
Fixed rate shipping does not apply to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and off shore locations. Please contact us for freight rates to these locations.

Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your Canoe Foundation order and service and we guarantee your satisfaction.
If you wish to return your order within 30 days, you will receive a full product purchase refund only, less any shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and taxes on those items that we incur on either the initial sale or the return shipment. The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
If the product is defective, we will send a replacement out to you immediately. Please call (1-905-662-4994) or use the Contact Us form on the web site describing the problem.
We could request additional information or else provide you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details on shipping instructions.
Please include in your package:
- The item to be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Your name, address, and telephone number. Better yet, please include the original packing slip.
- The RGA # (return authorization number) we provided you. Super helpful if you could write this number right on the shipping carton.
