Funding Project: Net proceeds from the sale of John's paddle will be directed towards the support of the Wet'suwet'en, who are defending their unceded territory in British Columbia from the Coastal Gas Link (CGL) pipeline.

Short Artist Biography: John Hartman spends his summers painting in Norgate Inlet on the eastern shoreline of Georgian Bay. He starts each day's painting trip by launching his canoe and paddling in search of a painting place.
